2. Website content
Content on this site is provided for general information. We take care to keep it accurate but make no warranty that it is complete, current or suitable for your particular situation. Nothing here constitutes legal, financial or professional advice.
3. No offer, no guarantee
Descriptions of our services are not a binding offer. Any engagement begins only when both parties sign a written agreement. We do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes — search engines, advertising platforms and AI systems are outside our control, and we are explicit about this rather than promising results we cannot deliver.
4. Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry creates no obligation on either side. We aim to respond within one business day but do not guarantee a response, and we may decline work at our discretion. Do not send confidential information through the enquiry form before a confidentiality agreement is in place.
5. Intellectual property
The design, text, code, graphics and branding on this site are owned by RankOptim or licensed to us, and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission. Work we produce for a client is governed by that client's agreement — our standard position is that the client owns the deliverables in full on payment.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to submit unlawful or abusive content, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, scrape it systematically without permission, or send automated or bulk submissions through our forms.
7. Third-party links
Links to external sites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RankOptim is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue or data arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Client engagements
Services are provided under a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timelines, confidentiality, intellectual property and termination. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement takes precedence for the work it covers.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
