- Information you give us. Your name, email address, brand name, country, website, project details and anything else you choose to include when you submit an enquiry or subscribe to our newsletter.
- Technical information. IP address, browser type and the page you submitted from, recorded alongside form submissions for security and abuse prevention.
- Usage information. Aggregated analytics about how the site is used, where analytics are enabled.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16, and we do not ask for payment card details anywhere on this website.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and, if relevant, to prepare a proposal.
- To send our newsletter, where you have subscribed.
- To maintain the security of the site and prevent automated abuse.
- To understand in aggregate how the site is used, so we can improve it.
Our lawful bases are your consent (newsletter), the steps necessary before entering a contract (enquiries), and our legitimate interest in operating and securing our business.
4. Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered by email to info@rankoptim.com and stored on the server hosting this website. We use a small number of third-party providers — website hosting, email delivery, and analytics — who process data on our behalf under their own security obligations. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data with anyone.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we have an ongoing commercial relationship. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, request its deletion, object to or restrict how we use it, request a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@rankoptim.com. We will respond within 30 days.

This site uses only what is necessary to function, plus analytics cookies where enabled. Your browser stores a single value locally to remember that you have already seen our introductory animation today; it contains no personal information and is not transmitted to us. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
