We stand behind our work. If we fail to deliver on agreed KPIs in your first month of service, you don't pay for that month. This is our results guarantee — because we're confident in what we deliver for jewelry brands.
Monthly retainer services (Starter, Growth, Elite plans) may be cancelled with 30 days written notice via email to info@rankoptim.com. Services and fees continue during the 30-day notice period.
Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced, as work begins immediately upon payment. If you cancel with 30 days notice, no further charges will be applied after the current billing period ends.
Exception: If RankOptim fails to deliver agreed minimum deliverables in a given month (through our fault, not client delays), you will receive a pro-rated credit for that month's fee.

The project completion percentage is determined by RankOptim based on hours invested and deliverables completed, in good faith.
RankOptim Academy purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed no more than 2 modules of the course.
After 14 days, or after completing more than 2 modules, no refund is available. This policy is in place because course materials are immediately accessible upon purchase.

Advertising budgets paid directly to Meta, Google, or other advertising platforms are not managed or refundable by RankOptim. These are governed by the respective platform's terms and refund policies.
In cases where RankOptim has acted as an intermediary in funding your ad account (by prior agreement), unused ad spend may be refunded less applicable transaction fees, subject to platform processing times.
If, in the first month of any retainer plan, we fail to achieve the KPIs agreed in your onboarding document (through our fault, not due to client delays, missing approvals, or insufficient ad budget), you will not be charged for that month. This guarantee is subject to:
