- Subscriptions: If you subscribe to a recurring service, you may cancel at any time. However, cancellations will only take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for partial service periods.
2. Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are applicable only if you cancel the service within the first 24 hours of payment, provided no work has commenced. For services where work has begun, refunds will be calculated based on the proportion of work completed.
- Non-Refundable Services: Certain services may be marked as non-refundable, including but not limited to digital products, consultation services, and completed custom development projects. These will be clearly indicated before purchase.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. Please note that refund times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
